If you'd like to permanently delete your Pay Alert account, submit a request using the form below. We'll verify your account using the phone number you registered with, then delete:
- Your account (name, phone number, and password)
- Your companies, employees, and registered payment accounts
- Payment messages stored on our servers under your account
Deletion requests are typically completed within 3 business days. We'll retain nothing beyond this except where required by law (for example, fraud investigation or legal obligations), and we'll disclose any such retention to you if it applies.
You do not need to reinstall the Pay Alert app to request deletion, this form works independently.
